In a trade fair where every square meter competes for attention, technical AV production for trade fair stand design becomes a decisive factor. At ISE 2026, the Analog Way booth faced a clear challenge: transforming a 17×7 m space into a high-performance demo environment.
Integrated Systems Europe is not a standard venue. It is a demanding ecosystem where lighting conditions shift constantly, ambient noise is high, and thousands of attendees move through spaces surrounded by competing screens and technologies. In this context, every technical decision matters.
For Analog Way, the goal was to showcase real-time video processing solutions. For Novelty Spain, the challenge was to create a controlled, stable and visually impactful environment where performance could be demonstrated without compromise.
In this article, we break down how each technical discipline was planned and executed to ensure that Analog Way’s technology stood out at ISE 2026 in Barcelona.
Client: Analog Way
Event: Integrated Systems Europe 2026
Date: February 3–6, 2026
Location: Fira de Barcelona Gran Via
Stand dimensions: 17 m x 7 m
Technical disciplines: Video, lighting, audio, signal and control
AV technical partner: Novelty Spain
ISE is Europe’s largest audiovisual technology event. In 2026, it brought together over 1,700 exhibitors across 100,000 m² in Barcelona, making it a key meeting point for manufacturers, integrators and AV professionals.
For a brand like Analog Way, this is more than visibility. It is a real testing ground. Their solutions must perform live, under pressure, in front of a highly technical audience.
As a manufacturer of video processors and presentation switchers, Analog Way requires a controlled environment where real-time processing can be demonstrated flawlessly. That meant the audiovisual stand ISE Barcelona setup had to function as both infrastructure and proof of performance.
The 17×7 m space was structured around three strategic pillars:
This approach ensured that the stand was not just visually attractive, but operationally efficient under constant use.
The audiovisual production for trade fair stand at ISE 2026 was designed with one goal: absolute reliability. Every system had to support real-time processing without fluctuations in brightness, latency or signal integrity.
From peak visitor hours to continuous demo cycles, the setup ensured consistency and precision.
The main visual element was a LED screen trade fair stand solution built using a T-RENT 1.9 mm LED wall. Configured with multiple modules, including corner elements, it created a seamless and immersive display surface.
This setup delivered:
To ensure smooth playback during demos, four LED processors were integrated. This configuration guaranteed stability and eliminated frame drops or interruptions.
Signal distribution was managed through a Lightware matrix, allowing fast and flexible content switching depending on the demo requirements.
For visitors, this translated into a fluid and highly visual experience—aligned with the standards expected from a high-end AV production company for technology trade fairs Spain.
Lighting played a critical role in guiding attention without interfering with screen visibility. For this lighting for exhibition stands setup, two Ayrton Stradale Profile fixtures were used.
These projectors provided:
To enhance the visual identity of the stand, Martin VDO Sceptron LED tubes were installed and controlled via a Martin P3 system. These linear elements added depth and helped direct visitor attention across the space.
All lighting was programmed using an Avolites Pearl Quartz console, ensuring consistent levels throughout the day despite changing ambient conditions.
The result was a balanced environment: visually attractive, easy to navigate and technically optimized.
In a booth where multiple demos run continuously, signal management is critical. The control system was designed to ensure seamless transitions between content sources.
The setup included:
For audio, L-Acoustics 12XT speakers and a Yamaha 01V96i console ensured clarity even in the noisy exhibition environment.
This integrated system allowed Analog Way’s team to move between demos without delays or technical disruptions. For visitors, the experience was smooth, understandable and professional.

The Analog Way booth at ISE 2026 is a clear example of what happens when technical AV production for trade fair stand is approached strategically—not just technically. Every decision, from LED wall geometry to hidden speaker placement, served a purpose: ensuring that the client’s technology could be demonstrated in real conditions, without compromise.
At Novelty, this type of project reflects the core of our technical AV production events: managing multiple technical disciplines in a high-pressure environment, with tight timelines and zero margin for error. Trade shows like ISE demand precision. There is no room for improvisation. That is why event planning, testing and coordination become essential long before the event begins.
