La Nit d’Ulls del Món is a charitable gathering where the foundation shares the impact of its mission: fighting avoidable blindness in vulnerable territories around the world.
To communicate that message clearly, all audiovisual content — videos, speeches and live music — needed to be reproduced with precision, emotional sensitivity and uninterrupted flow. The atmosphere had to remain intimate, warm and fully aligned with the evening’s purpose.
The Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site naturally presents several challenges for audiovisual production: restricted access points, limited structural load capacity and the need for discreet, lightweight technical solutions that protect the architectural value of the space.
To ensure a perfect experience, visibility also had to be guaranteed in both the main hall and the adjoining corridor — making precision, silence and elegant integration essential.

Novelty deployed a complete audiovisual production solution tailored to the event’s needs. The goal was to integrate lighting, sound, video, rigging and broadcast with minimal visual impact and maximum technical reliability.
Lighting was designed to create a warm, intimate atmosphere without overshadowing the venue’s architecture.
During the welcome reception, wireless WellFit RGBA fixtures provided soft, enveloping light.
During the dinner, warm perimeter lighting highlighted the modernist features of the building while preserving an intimate ambiance.
Precise lighting for the lectern and piano ensured clarity during speeches and the live performance. Discreet totems added visual depth without disturbing the aesthetics of the venue.
To ensure clarity and even coverage across the hall, Novelty installed a Syva + SyvaLow main system, reinforced with X8 and Sowa speakers.
Wireless microphones enabled smooth, uninterrupted speeches, and the piano performance was also broadcast into the corridor to accompany guests moving through the venue.
Audiovisual content played a central role in communicating the foundation’s message. Novelty integrated 65” and 75” displays discreetly throughout the space to ensure perfect visibility without intrusive structures.
PTZ cameras and a Marshall CV346 were used to capture both close-up details and general views. All signals were managed from the upper control area, synchronised with lighting and sound.
Rigging was limited to lightweight, discreet totems that preserved the visual integrity of the venue while supporting essential lighting fixtures.
Electrical distribution was optimised using the venue’s existing lines, ensuring a stable and balanced power supply for all audiovisual systems.
Control positions were divided between two floors, making coordination crucial. A reference camera offered a real-time view of the hall from the balcony, ensuring perfect synchronisation across departments.
Setup and testing were completed efficiently to comply with the venue’s strict scheduling.

La Nit d’Ulls del Món successfully conveyed its message of solidarity, sensitivity and human connection. The audiovisual production blended seamlessly into the space, enhancing the story without interrupting the architectural beauty of the venue.
Warm lighting, immersive sound and seamless audiovisual content allowed every moment — speeches, videos, music — to flow naturally.
PTZ cameras removed the need for operators on the floor, preserving the aesthetics of the hall. Discreet totems ensured all technical elements respected the environment while maintaining full functionality.
La Nit d’Ulls del Món showed how audiovisual production can function as a silent ally when designed to accompany rather than dominate. In a heritage venue as unique as the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site, every choice was made to protect the architecture, ensure guests' comfort and amplify the foundation’s message.
Novelty contributed not only technical expertise and equipment but also the sensitivity required for a cause that changes lives.
